A short introduction

Hereby is established a range of various articles and posts, written in English or/and Greek, regarding Development under Legal aspect (DeveLAWpment) in Greece, moreover (regarding) the possibility of making – setting up Special Economic Zones (SEZ), of course within the above mentioned country.

The idea, concept and initiate belongs exclusively, is powered and supervised by the head and in charge of Dollas’ Law Office, Mr Nikolaos Dollas, Attorney at Law and Member of Thessaloniki’s Bar Association. 

As long as for legal issues, they will be mostly focused on Business, Company Law and Partnerships, Energy Law (Gas) and of course Civil and Common Law. 

The SEZ (Special Economic Zones) part deals with ideas, proposals and plans for similar zones to be set up in Greece to attract private investment and boost the debt-laden economy out of depression, offering investors tax and administrative advantages.
